In such divisive and uncertain times, you may be feeling worn thin.

This last year has been so hard.

I invite you to explore the Garden of the Heart, where there is nourishment.

Are you feeling worn thin? weary?

Are you ready for change?

I know I am.

This has been new territory for all of us.

This Circle is an invitation to find the ground from which to grow again.

To gently open to the places which need succour and find trust, safety and connection.

Here's how this Circle can help.

We will start from your lived reality. You will be witnessed.

I'll invite you to step into your Garden of the Heart - a place of refuge, nourishment and protection. This will give you deep resources of replenishment that you can access any time.

When you are ready, you open the door. Then you step out on your Path into the wholeness of your being. This will give you the courage and means to do so in your day to day life. To not only survive this strange time, but to feel safe and, if it right for you, to move forward with your joyful, creative, resilient self.

And through it all, you will be doing EFT Tapping on your issues one to one with me, clearing specific blocks, opening to insight and gaining strength and clarity.

The Circle will be small, for maximum support and individual work. We learn and grow with each other and for each other.

Details: only space for 4 people, as I give each of you 1 to 1 time. This is invaluable.

Time: each session is 1.5 hours, and you need (if at all possible) to be present for each one, for the whole time. This is sacred work, and the circle needs to be whole. Wednesdays March 24th & 31st, April 7th Note change of time for UK and Europe after the first Circle.
